Ministry rate: $50 per night plus $125 cleaning per stay. A two-night stay is $225 including cleaning.
Partner Churches: Eligible pastors of GVM Partner Churches receive one annual two-night retreat for a $25 reservation fee.
To steward these cottages well and make room for others who need rest, a nonrefundable reservation payment is required after approval. Reserving dates makes the cottage unavailable to other guests.
Standard ministry stays require a 33% nonrefundable deposit, with the remaining balance due 14 days before arrival. The exact payment amounts will be provided before booking. Stays booked within 14 days of arrival require full payment. Partner pastors pay their full $25 nonrefundable reservation fee after approval.
If you cancel more than 72 hours before check-in, payments above the nonrefundable deposit will be refunded. No refund is provided for cancellation within 72 hours of check-in. Exceptional circumstances are reviewed individually.
GVM absorbs the booking service fee for ministry stays requested through this website.
